Anthony M. Tacker

Anthony has been with Trinity since January 2019 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for Trinity’s contracting, risk, and operations improvement program. He has 22 years of experience in the industrial services industry with several major companies. He has extensive background in contracts management, risk assessment, and business operations supporting domestic and international execution of major projects and strategic transactions.

Key Career Highlights:
With his BS in Agricultural Systems Management from Texas A&M University and MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Anthony has set the foundation for a successful career with highlights ranging from growing a company’s revenue from $20 million to $300 million to managing a portfolio of $500 million for a pair of construction companies. Anthony enjoys giving back to his local community by volunteering his time serving as President of the UH Construction Industrial Advisory Board to develop the future construction leaders for the process and industrial industry.

Kris Pavia

Kris has been with Trinity since April of 2011. He is currently the Corporate Safety Director and is responsible for all aspects of the company safety program. He has worked in the oil and gas business sector for 24 years and held positions in safety for 22 years.

Key Career Highlights:
Kris is an active member of the ISTC (Industrial Safety Training Council) Board of Directors, CAP (Curriculum and Programs) Committee, and a member of the GTBR (Golden Triangle Business Round Table) Safety Committee. Kris was the recipient of the the 2018 Don Boumans award by GTBR, 2019 ISTC Safety Trainer of the Year, and on behalf of Trinity, the award recipient for the 2019 ISTC’s Roy Comeaux Safety Excellence through Training Award.
