Randy Warner

Experience:
Randy has been with Trinity since August 2018. He is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for all aspects of the company business and its growth path forward. He has worked in the oil and gas business sector for 43 years and held positions as President and CEO of three other national construction contractors providing services for new pipelines, compressor facilities, petrochemical plants and refineries. He has also served as President of a pipeline engineering company and as CEO of an industrial construction company in the Northeasten U.S.

Key Career Highlights:
During his military service, Randy was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and three Air Medals for his combat performance.  After his military service, he went on to take on new challenges in the business world and has successfully rebuilt three construction companies which included strategic negotiations with new investors as well as operational improvements to increase each company’s growth and profitability. Randy has a BS degree in engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA in finance from the University of Houston.

Pat Cudd

Experience:
Pat has been with Trinity since November 2018 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President. He is responsible for Trinity’s strategic goals, planning and administration of all day to day aspects of Trinity. He has 35 years of experience in the industrial services industry with several major companies. He has extensive background in project management, cost estimating and execution of capital projects in the Gulf Coast Area.

Key Career Highlights:
Pat has built his career in the petrochemical industry as a Construction Manager. He has an extensive background in senior management and has implemented continuous improvement of work processes for organization structures in several gulf coast companies. He has developed and implemented performance indicators and through oversight of project cost has maximized project revenues and profit margins. He continually strives to align Trinity Industrial Services with the customer needs and goals.

Wayne Stark

Experience:
Wayne has been with Trinity since October 2017 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President. He is responsible for Trinity’s strategic goals, planning and administration of all day to day aspects of Trinity. He has 35 years of experience in the industrial services industry with several major companies. He has extensive background in project management, cost estimating and execution of turnaround and capital projects.

Key Career Highlights:
Wayne has built his career in the petrochemical industry both as a former refinery Turnaround Manager and Construction Manager. He has an extensive background in senior management and has implemented continuous improvement of work processes for organization structures in several companies. He has developed and implemented performance indicators and through oversight of project cost has maximized project revenues and profit margins. He continually strives to align Trinity Industrial Services with the customer needs and goals.

Anthony M. Tacker

Experience:
Anthony has been with Trinity since January 2019 and currently serves as the Senior Contracts Director. He is responsible for Trinity’s contracting, risk, and operations improvement program. He has 21 years of experience in the industrial services industry with several major companies. He has extensive background in contracts management, risk assessment, and business operations supporting domestic and international execution of major projects and strategic transactions.

Key Career Highlights:
With his BS in Agricultural Systems Management from Texas A&M University and MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Anthony has set the foundation for a successful career with highlights ranging from growing a company’s revenue from $20 million to $300 million to managing a portfolio of $500 million for a pair of construction companies. Anthony enjoys giving back to his local community by volunteering his time serving as President of the UH Construction Industrial Advisory Board to develop the future construction leaders for the process and industrial industry.

Kris Pavia

Experience:
Kris has been with Trinity since April of 2011. He is currently the Corporate Safety Director and is responsible for all aspects of the company safety program. He has worked in the oil and gas business sector for 24 years and held positions in safety for 22 years.

Key Career Highlights:
Kris is an active member of the ISTC (Industrial Safety Training Council) Board of Directors, CAP (Curriculum and Programs) Committee, and a member of the GTBR (Golden Triangle Business Round Table) Safety Committee. Kris was the recipient of the the 2018 Don Boumans award by GTBR, 2019 ISTC Safety Trainer of the Year, and on behalf of Trinity, the award recipient for the 2019 ISTC’s Roy Comeaux Safety Excellence through Training Award.
